This Public Offer Agreement is a legally binding agreement between the Seller and any individual who accepts this offer by placing an order on the Seller’s website.
By placing an order on the website, the Customer fully and unconditionally accepts the terms of this Agreement.

1.3. Acceptance of this Agreement is deemed to occur when the Customer completes an order and makes payment for the selected products.

3.2. Product descriptions, images and prices are presented on the website.
3.3. The Seller makes every effort to ensure that product images and colors are accurate; however, slight differences may occur due to screen settings.
4. ORDER PROCESS
4.1. The Customer places an order through the website by adding items to the cart and completing checkout.
4.2. The Customer is responsible for providing accurate and complete information.
4.3. After placing an order, the Customer receives confirmation via email or messenger.
5. PRICE AND PAYMENT
5.1. All prices are indicated on the website.
5.2. Payment is made in full at the time of order.
5.3. Available payment methods may include bank card payments, PayPal, and other methods indicated on the website.
5.4. By making a payment, the Customer confirms acceptance of this Agreement.
6. DELIVERY
6.1. The Seller provides international shipping.
6.2. Delivery time and cost depend on the destination country and selected shipping method.
6.3. The Customer is responsible for providing a correct delivery address.
6.4. The Seller is not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or other third-party carriers.
7. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
7.1. Due to hygiene reasons, lingerie, underwear, and hosiery are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, except in cases of manufacturing defects.
7.2. In accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the following goods are not subject to return or exchange:

7.3. If the Customer receives a defective or damaged product, the Customer must contact the Seller within 24 hours of receiving the order and provide photo evidence.
7.4. The Seller may offer a replacement or refund in case of a confirmed manufacturing defect.
8. LIABILITY
8.1. The Seller is not liable for improper use of the products.
8.2. The Seller is not responsible for allergic reactions or individual sensitivity.
8.3. The Seller’s liability is limited to the value of the purchased goods.
9. PERSONAL DATA
9.1. By placing an order, the Customer consents to the processing of personal data.
9.2. Personal data is used solely for order processing, delivery, and communication.
9.3. The Seller undertakes to protect personal data and not disclose it to third parties except as necessary to fulfill the order (payment providers, shipping companies).
10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
10.1. All website content including images, text, logos and design belongs to the Seller.
10.2. Any copying or use without permission is prohibited.
11. FORCE MAJEURE
11.1. The Seller shall not be liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, strikes, government actions, or technical failures.
12. GOVERNING LAW
12.1. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
13. FINAL PROVISIONS
13.1. The Seller reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time.
13.2. The updated version shall be published on the website and becomes effective immediately.
13.3. Continued use of the website after changes means acceptance of the updated terms.
